This group is designed to gather people of like minds; those who are interested in learning how to defend themselves in various situations including situational awareness, sexual assault, domestic violence, & youth bullying.

We are a group that meets regularly to practice and improve: Fitness, boxing, wrestling, combat handgun proficiency, integration of handgun into self-defense skills, verbal, and positional skills.   People of all backgrounds, skill levels, and ages are welcome, provided that they follow our safety rules and have a good attitude.
