Active Self Defense at the Mkekado School of Karate is a FREE 4-week program for women ages 18+. Taught by local martial artist and self defense instructor Elena W., this class will cover the basics of verbal and physical self defense in a supportive and nonjudgmental atmosphere. I am new to goju-ryu, but would like to make it a daily practice. Every day but Tues/Thurs (when my sensei comes into the city), I'd love to have several other goju-ryu practitioners/enthusiasts to train with.
